4-Entertainment: Phones offer a wide range of entertainment options, from games and music to videos and social media, keeping us entertained on the go.

Disadvantages:

1- Health Problems: Using the phone can cause problems such as distraction, eye fatigue, neck pain and poor posture. Long-term use can also cause serious health problems.

2-Privacy Concerns: Phones collect a lot of personal data, raising concerns about privacy breaches and data security

3-Social Communication Problems:

Spending too much time on the phone reduces face-to-face communication, which can lead to feelings of loneliness and depression, which can lead to suicide.
